Whil you be a tardigrade or a worm type of fish or whit the lookss pf your organisam and whil you enter in in future whit making the organisam biger?
If I recall right, the only thing you need to enter the aware stage is a nervous system. You could look like a worm or a tardigrade or a fish if you wanted. You can look however you want and still become aware as long as your body plan can support a nervous system.
