Realistically, we could maybe get to multicellular before the next update hits. Though, I am being pessimistic, because everybody know Thrive takes an eternity to update!

Yes. Originally, it was only one patch. But now, with multiple surface patches occupied, that increases the likelihood of it happening. Finger’s crossed no one goes extinct next round.
