I think it would like to go to some surface vent with lots of h2s
For note 2, my answer is yes.
And for your question, they would probably go on a vacation to a river or open ocean with upwellings for H2S and Iron or an area with no O2.
I also want to continue my endosymbiosis

10% chance to get struck by lightning. If your organism gets struck by lightning, there is a 50% chance that your organism lives. If your organism survives getting struck by lightning seven times in row, you become an
microbe!
What does this mean exactly for us?
Have you called me?
You become a microbe with cosmic level powers. Proabably important for planned FGs in the future. You can choose to stay
, or descend. In order to ascend once more, you must again be survive being struck by lighting seven times. No pressure.
By “your organism” do you mean like our entire species?
Even if it only amount to a normal gameplay death I’m not sure this would succeed given how rampantly evolving the ecosystem is
It is only your organism, not the entire species. Having an entire species become god-like, even if it is microbes, might cause absolute chaos. This is just to make the game a little bit more fun. Plus, who wouldn’t want to become
?
I presume this does NOT carry between species as we switch to new ones?
Yup. You got it. ![]()
Yeah I don’t think it’s worth it

Suddenly, the world changes dramatically. The Universe itself has become suddenly hacked for some unknown reason as a byproduct of multiversal hacking, causing large changes across this particular Universe. One-fourth of all matter becomes corrupted into a glitched state, causing one-fourth of all matter across this Universe to become deleted. Portions of this Universe, entire Galaxies, Stars, Planets, Moons, Continents, Seas, Mountains, organisms, and other objects and atoms suddenly disappear…
1.150 Billion Years after the formation of the Phyade I System, the Planet Treerilia has come of its out of its Glaciation Resource Surge after the Scáth Mini-Glaciation 50 Million years earlier. This will affect the newly speciated organisms in Panspermium Order Clade, which has reached a new milestone of Thrivium Supergroup Clade if continuing from Phase I. No longer having excess resources, it will add more pressure to the organisms. But this is far from what is about to occur…
Due to Multiversal Hacking, there are dramatic changes in the Phyade I star system. The outer layers the star and a couple of convections cells of stellar matter become glitched and deleted. While still a G3V star, Phyade I mass reduced from 0.99 to 0.988 times the mass of the Sun. This caused the star radius to decrease from 1.002 to 0.999 radii of the Sun, reducing the star surface temperature from 5,720 K to 5,716 K. In turn, this affected the luminosity of the star, reducing it from approximately 97% to approximately 96% Sun luminosity.
The 1% decrease in stellar luminosity equates to a lowering of the global temperatures on Treerilia and Xanrillon by average of 1 degrees Celsisus, causing the amount of ice to increase on the planet’s and moon’s surface. The 0.2% loss of star mass has had an additional effect on increasing the orbit period of all objects around Phyade by a corresponding 0.2%. This means the orbital period for the Treerilia-Xanrillon-mini-Xoruta system around Phyade I increased by one additional Earth day. While neither of these are enough to plunge the worlds into an Ice Age because they are so warm from high CO2 levels, they do bring the worlds to the tipping point. Mini-Glaciation percentage increases to 35% for the next 100 million years. Also, these two effects, when combined with additional tiny variations in orbit and axial tilt from other gravitational interactions of all the orbits readjusting, makes sudden swings in surface temperature.
Night Time Temperature Drop by 10 degrees Celsius begins. Any Microorganism that does not have proper Temperature Tolerances will have 20% slower growth rate and 20% slower movement at night (1 movement every 5 seconds), similar to status effects of improper environmental tolerances. Before and after the onset of Mini-Glacial Periods, including Global Glaciation, microorgansims without proper Temperature Tolerances become frozen and implode from freezing ice crystal poking through the membrane, and/or destroying the biological conformation of essential proteins and nucleic acds. Organisms with proper Temperature Tolerances during frozen periods will simply remain immobile for the night in a suspended state.
Beyond Mini-Glaciation percentage increase and Night Time Temperature Drop, the Multiversal Hacking has had other effects. Some land has disappeared. The newly formed Mamosfun micro-continent on Treerilia and the lingering Banana Biome on Xanrillon both become deleted. Ocean levels on both worlds drop by about 5 meters in depth. The resulting voids cause a volatile mix of water and uncovered magma, creating enormous steam explosions. Large quantities of water becomes vaporized and incorporated into the respective atmospheres, creating an increased Green House Effect. This increased Green House Effect briefly counteracts the lowering of global temperatures, even increasing them above normal levels in some biomes, on both worlds until the next turn 25 million years later.
Other changes occur unrelated to Multiversal Hacking. If organisms have more than one type of organelle which is common, and have at least six of them, organisms will get a specialization boost. Water currents are now even stronger and more varied across biomes, but slow cells no longer show a ripple effect in the water. Larger Ice Snowflakes occur in Ice Shelf Biomes. Patch events have slightly changed in effect. Organisms now think more randomly, and become a different color. Automatic Evolution of the Unverse itself has become more efficient. And this is not even including changes to potential Multicellular organisms, like greater turning speed and cell specialization.
Other physical changes include one of the archipelagos, the Omollanian, gets added to the Gorkonramic continent as a new terraine belt through primordial horizonal Putty/Flake Tectonics. For the first time in Treerilian history (0.0925), a Tsunamis occurs offshore from the Oaitic continent, racing across the seas and pushing any organisms toward the Gorkonramic continent at 90% of their population. Counpound Dilutions have ceased in Oaitic Banana Biome, and started in the Unovaskysian, Bazasasese, and Mosbobasese oceans, as well as the Gorkonramic Estuary. Upwellings have ceased in the Lecarenese ocean biomes. Vent Eruptions stopped in the Unovaskysian Volcanic Vent. Runoffs have occurred in the Oaitic Tidepool and Gorkonramic Costal biomes. Glucose Meteors have impacted the Lecarenase Ice Shelf, temporarily increasing the Glucosee levels in the Ice Shelf. No Ph and Salt Shock will affect life on land (0.467) or the oceans (0.908). While Counpound Dilutions occur, no extra chance for Ph and Salt Shock in the Unovaskysian (0.635), Bazasasese (0.252), and Mosbobasese (0.695) Epipelagics, or the Gorkonramic Estuary (0.681). Similarly, no Ph and Salt Shock happens despite Runoffs in the Oaitic Tidepool (0.174) and Gorkonramic Costal (0.531). And Oxygen continues to diffuse and linger in the atmosphere.

Debrecgyaris czombathelyi (Species 129) of the Chemoauto Genera Clade has lost the extra Hydrogenase. Despite becoming smaller, it was the largest organism currently living on Treerilia, large enough to receive a +8% Specialization Bonus to ATP production. Heading approximately 287 degrees (5.017 radians) South by Southwest, it eventually found a small group of Zayin defi (Species 138,141). The zombie-loving organism attempted to engulf one member of the other species, but missed and took some damage from insufficient ATP. It also had to shield itself from toxins. A short while later swimming against a strong current, and dodging some Viral particles (0.823), more Zayin defi were found. Even though they ran away and fired back toxins, one member of Species 138,141 was engulfed (Toxic Vacuole Endosymbiosis progress: 2). Debrecgyaris czombathelyi became greedy and tried to engulf another toxic organism, but it could not as night time temperatures dropped and made the organism slower. Instead, the organism found a nice large cloud of Hydrogen Suflide, where no lightning strikes (0.470) occurred in the sky.
Zeeph Mucosa (Subspecies 177) of the Chemoauto Species Clade had gained a Mucocsyst. The light-loving mucocust organism headed approximately 34 degrees (0.595 radians) West by Northwest. Riding along some strong currents, the organism came across some Gluose and Phosphate resource clouds. Struggling against the strength of the current, it encountered a member of Nova-Ether (Species 133), which tried to kill it using toxins. Putting up its Mucocyst shield, the cysted state also protected Zeeph Mucosa from Virus particles (0.964). Eventually, the organism found a coupe of Hydrogen Sulfide strams, and had to expand quite of energy to stay in the Hydrogen Sulfide clouds. Another member of Nova-Ether was also swimming against the current, but it was too far away to have any interactions, as both were being affected by the lowerd nighttime temperatures. Being pushed further downsteam, Zeeph Mucosa found itself in a large Phosphate resource cloud. Fortunately, lightning strikes (0.403) did not occur.
Nova-Ether (Species 133) of the airemelpara Tribe had gained Ether-linked Hydrocarbon membrane, giving the organism higher overall movement speed and Pressure and Temperature Tolerances in return for lowered health. This Iron-loving Archaea-like organism headed approximately 87 degrees (1.525 radians) South, following some currents. While the organism did encounter a few member of Zeeph Mucosa (Subspecies 177), other members of the same species attempted to kill the cyst organisms using Toxins, driving the organisms away. In the midst of the onsided-battle, the new ether organism found some Iron resource cloud, and a Medium-sized Sulfur Chunk. However, the strong current was blowing the organism away from the resources it wanted. To make it worse, a fellow member of the same species decided to troll by pushing Nova-Ether in a completely different direction, and lowered temperatues caused slower speed. It was about to become infected by a Virus paticle (0.490), but managed to turn away just in time. Attempting to stay in the Hydroge Sulfide stream, the organism spotted another member of Zeeph Mucosa, but it zeephod bebelbroxed out of the way. Probably to avoid any potential lightning strikes (0.999), which not affect the area.
Zayin defi (Species 138,141) of the gimel-dalet Genera Clade had lost its Chemosynthesizing Proteins. This made the organism smaller, but also more susceptible to damage from Hydrogen Sulfide. This nonmoving organism would have gone approximately 10 degrees (0.180 radians) West by Northwest, if the organism was not sessile. Fortunately, or unfortunately, a strong current pushed Zayin defi Northwest, and along with the current came a Glucose cloud. While the organism is sessile, this does not mean it is unresponsive. Zayin defi did not encounter other cells, but it did manage to dodge Virus Particles (0.894) also floating on the current. Toward the tail end of the current as the Phyade I star set and having even more slowed down metabolism, some Hydrogen Sulfide was pushed toward the organism, causing some damage before it replicated. Lightning strikes stirred in the sky (0.147), but did not strike the ground.
…Granitic Eurptions occur in the Gorkonramic Coastal and Mosbobasese Ocean, creating tiny bits of new land.
…A Comet from the Phyade I Oort Cloud intersects with the path of the Treerilia-Xanrillon-mini-Xoruta system. Its path was diverted by the sudden changes due to Muliversal Hacking, striking the uninhabited Gorkonramic Coastal.

Notes:
Note 1 – I did not expect a Tsunami to finally happen. Now everyone is in the same biome again, which means incrased competition for niches.
Note 2 – It is unfortunate how not everyone could snag extra endosymbiosis this turn. This what happens when one actually plays rather than just assuming things will occur.
Note 3 – I have an Exam and other stuff coming up, so Options for Turn 27 will be delayed. I hope everyone is doing well if they are in higher education.

There’s no karma in this forum though?
