Since this is a special case, I will keep on mutating until something viable is created.
Let’s hope it won’t take too many mutations…

Turn 4
Turn 4 Summary:
600 Million Years after the Phyade I system formed, and 25 Million Years after the surface of the world was remade, gamblerokoinos neomesonea was separated from the other surviving organisms during the apocalypse, finding itself as the only organism present in the fabled Banana Biome. If the organism could see, it would have seen all the Phosphate and Iron chunks appear like Bananas. That is not the only peculiarity of this biome. The Night and Day cycle is completely different than the rest of the world, being about half as long. However, this Biome is more trouble than it seems, having almost 832 kPa less pressure. This translated to 10% higher Osmoregulation cost, 10% slower bioprocess speed, and -35.1% health for gamblerokoinos neomesonea. And gamblerokoinos neomesona already has 10% less health to being with due to having 20% less membrane rigidity. It seemed like this place was more than what the organism bargained for. Although it randomly took damage from the unfixable lag damage bug, due to having slightly higher ATP Osmoregulation than what the organism generated, gamblerokoinos neomesonea coasted its way towards cell division after several days in the mythical Banana Biome.
Thrivium phytus was the only surviving organism to contain Thylakoids. With them, there is a potential for Oxygen to once again be spread forth in the primordial skies. Its ability to create Glucose meant Thrivium phytus could survive the night, and indeed, it did. Despite encountering itself in different directions numerous times over the past two days, and being blocked numerous times, Thrivium phytus had sufficient reserves of Glucose to obtain the Ammonia and Phosphate it needed to divide and propagate.
Thrivium Metallicum was unique in that it was the only survivor of the previous batch of life to remain as a single hex of Cytoplasm. Having less focused behavior may have helped Thrivium Metallicum endure beyond the cataclysm of the previous Eon, but in the new world, there was no perceptible difference. It nearly died as the Glucose clouds have become less and less numerous, first finding a saving grace of nearby Glucose as its health began to fade. But this saving grace was not to last, as Thrivium Metallicum no longer found its precious Glucose, and died amongst an area high in Large Iron Chunks. Its second life was a little bit better, finding two distant Glucose clouds in a row. However, after being nearly full on Phosphate, Thrivium Metallicum’s hunt for Ammonia came to an end when an armada of its fellow cells appeared out of nowhere and pushed it away in a different direction than where it is was going (AI cells ruin everything!!!). That brief detour was fatal, as it had wasted precious time, and allowed the organism’s Glucose reserves to dwindle just enough so that it could not survive to search for more Glucose. Cat Squared has become extinct due to a chance encounter with itself.
Fostrogon chrysos did not fare better. Surprising, despite surviving the end of days, this new world was too much for Fostrogon chrysos. It seems having both a Flagellum and Chemoreceptor in this particular configuration was not conducive for life in this new Eon. When not even moving, it ran out of ATP and started dying. Agonizingly, Fostrogon chrysos died where spawned the second time. Cha ran into the unfixable lag damage bug, but was saved by divine intervention and lost its Flagellum, becoming Fostrogonpo chrysos.
Garlabio Upsilon was unique in that it had toxin. It also had more Opportunistic behavior than the rest of remaining members of the Primum thrivium species. Even though it took a small amount of damage while the toxin was filling up, it was not the end of the world for it. Neither did it run into the infamous lag damage bug, but it did find itself in an area without Ammonia. After a while, nearly being pushed into a toxic cloud by its brethren, it was able to find what it needed to divide.
…A small meteor ended up missing Treerilia, but it ended up being captured in the Treerilia-Xanrillion system as a Trojan, or in co-orbital configuration with the binary.

A new Organelle has mutated!
Melanokoids – Conglomeration of Melanin pigments and other proteins that provide +2 ATP while in UV areas during the day. Also provides +1% Radiation damage resistance per Melanokoids added. Due to Melanokoids being suspended in Cytosol, it creates additional +2 Cytosolic ATP.
Note 1: Cat Squared will choose an organism from someone else’s clade, after everyone else has chosen their organisms.
Note 2: I will post the possible interactions later since it very late for me.
Do my options even differ at all?
I think only my 5 ecotype has anything different than the rest of the species? Unless I am blind
As other options aren’t merged into one, they too might have some minor differences between eachother.
Edit: I just noticed eco30 has an extra thylka, so I’ll choose it (maybe the organelle list could say how much of each organelle there is?)
found it, its colour in the second one and reproduction order in the first one third one just added a single hydrogenase
Which one will you go with then? The hydrogenase one?
I’ll take Subspecies 29. It’s gonna be G.k. neona.
You’re going the melano route I see… I wonder if other “exotic organelles” coming in the future will too find a species willing to harbour them quickly…
most likely even with the switch of reproduction order to have the light organell first it doesnt change the cell life too much from 2 to 1.
So yeah picking species 5.
That should allow your species to become predatory (if it already wasn’t before)
Correct. Since @Cha has now become a separate species, Cha can now eat another organism if he is included in the possible interactions with it.
@JustaDumbThriver @aah31415 @Cha @doomlightning, do you want to change the name of your organisms?
Also, anyone can now move to a different biome if they want to.
