My idea is, every time we get to a new stage in thrive, the modders that aren’t on the dev team compete with the devs to make the next stage or improve or optimize the ones we have. What are your thoughts?

Almost entirely a waste of time in my opinion, but I’m not going to say no if someone likes spending their free time doing something like this.

At that point you’d be better of working WITH the devs to improve the game

Oh, the way I read it it sounded like you wanted each to take different ideas of their own and go put what they believe a stage should be

Also yes. Both can be true, depending on how it is done.
