Yes, thrive is actually an iq test to determine how good you are at making a species
no it’s not real i was just joking

Is it hidden in the game? What scores did it give you?
It gives you scores based on how well your creature does
What is the highest score you’ve got?
The IQ test is just downloading and playing Thrive, because if you enjoy Thrive then you clearly must have a very high IQ.
I suppose as the development goes on and more stuff there is for people to enjoy, the bar would lower?
Maybe consider removing the first two images, the mods might not like them…
Was your inputted text taken from the Grand Galaxy of Darkrest?
It’s an exact carbon copy so the answer is obvious
I deleted a post here as this thread’s quality is somehow getting even worse than it was before…
I told Ill_try to delete the most offending images of that post but they were too late to the site…
Yeah sorry, should I repost my iq score though?
Hhyyrylainen seems to not like such low-effort tests, like the one of yours which was a copy-paste. Better be safe than sorry.
I’m going to assume that none of you know about Kim Young-Hoon, who is basically a guy who claims to have an IQ of 276 (SD = 24, so ~210 on the SD = 15 scale most people in the West are familiar with). When I first found out about him, I happened to have just recently deconverted from Christianity after months of relapsed religious OCD (I did have religious OCD a few years ago because I converted in a fear spiral, but it dissipated when I eventually thought about religion less and less), so he sort of put me into a crisis because I first found about him after seeing a YouTube video he made where he defends the resurrection (he’s a conservative and more fundamentalist Christian who believes in just the sort of thing I had been trying to free myself from for months). I went down a rabbit hole to resolve my crisis, but I kept on obsessive-compulsively worrying that he might actually be one of the smartest people in the world and have actual proof of his religious beliefs, so I was glad to find this a couple weeks ago: The ‘World's Smartest Man’ Absolutely Hates Me
YoungHoon Kim tries to debunk this article on his own website, but he not only fails to fully address this investigator’s claims (which are also linked), but his own claims seem watery. He repeatedly has said that IQ supposedly can be measure up to around 210 (SD = 15) in spite of the lack of data points at such a level of intelligence, so what do we make of that claim in particular?
As far as I know, in spite of what he says about this paper, the paper only provides extended norms and explains how they are obtained without justifying extended norms.
So did he retract from the 276 claim?
Or he just thinks he’s superhuman
If he thinks so he is probably much less intelligent than he thinks…
He claimed IQ can be measure up to 210 (SD = 15, what were familiar with), and his 276 IQ (SD = 24) is approximately 210 (SD = 15)
Ah so he isn’t this much of a hypocrite as I thought.
I do wonder if people who play life simulation games on average have a higher IQ than people who play other games
(Oh yeah my iq is 144.. Allegedly..)
