This might not be a good question, but are you looking for a staff team to help manage the server? If so, I will throw my hat in the ring. I am very passionate about gaming and the internet as a whole, and I always love giving back to the communities I cherish.

The server will not be moderated. You could make a spawn perimeter and fill it with lava for all I care.
Or you could destroy someones build.
That’s why I’m adding so many dimension mods.
So you can hide.

The botania mod might be an interesting addition.
Edit: Bewitchment and Miskatonic mysteries might be a pretty good addition too (Though it is still a work in progress mod).
