i have dedicated cell type for digestion but no matter what particullar cell try to engulf prey it will fail to do so if starting cell doesnt have reqiured lysosomes.

Could you provide a save file where this problem is easy to trigger? Otherwise this would potentially take a really long time for someone to try to replicate.
My guess as to what is wrong would be that somehow the digestibility check uses the wrong cell (or somehow colony members don’t get their available enzymes list initialized).
Edit: for next release I’ll make it so that the digestion error messages from colony members will be forwarded to the primary cell (so it shows up on the player’s HUD):
