They do not, but they might be able to develop light sensitivity, though how this would affect Zoom seems a little far-fetched to me. Light sensitivity seems like a specialized structure that a cell would have to shape there entire everything around before it becomes even vaguely useful, though I don’t know how light sensitivity works so I could be wrong. Honestly I think This, implementation for microbe senses is the best when it comes to more realistic but still fun gameplay.
