The example mods have been updated to work with Thrive 0.9.1! 
Sadly due to an engine / Harmony bug the Harmony mods don鈥檛 work on Linux (edit: I should clarify that the half of the mods that use Harmony don鈥檛 work but the others do).
Also I鈥檝e mostly updated the modding info page but the auto Harmony section needs to be removed as it is no longer supported, but other than that the info should be up to date now:
