Action 1: Improve housing by introducing electricity/lightbulbs into them.
Action 2: Try to (in a federation kind of way) join with frale and twilightwings in order to form a federation.
Action 3: If action 2 fails, repeat it, and if it succeeds: Improve the assembly line creating automatons via connecting it to the power grid
Non-Action: hold some educational talks in order to share intelligents and recent findings with the people.

Vote 3: Create Federation with the Mirtal, their ally (Mantodea Intellectus), and the Regalis Ultima.
Vote 4: 3 if it fails. If not, Diamond currency (increase happiness)
Non-act 1: send Talmedium and Uranium to Frale for teleport gates and Magic Death Lasers
Non-act 2: Look on islands flying by for resources
