You can upgrade beyond it, but I probably won’t add a Tier after 5. I might, but It would be on the level of the terraformers themselves.

Yes, but you would then have to figure it out, power it, and stop it from breaking. Picture a Roman trying to use a fission reactor.

Aah31415 is correct, I won’t allow any modifiers for stats, other than size. It would instead give just +1 Intelligence.

will it give any modifiers for when i reach tier 1 int and unlock actions? like a higher success rate since they think faster(for neurons communicating with light about 100x faster)? and what stat would reaction time be?

You still have at least 4 rounds, and I’ll maybe give you a few more, just to maybe increase your intelligence to sapience (or maybe even a civilisation, as aah13145 could do that in only 16 mutations)
