I was trying to use the binding agent on a cell that had a few spikes. This turned out to be more of a challenge that I anticipated. It was difficult to get contact through my spikes and the other cell’s spikes as we both spun around and they kept moving.
A simple quality of life proposal from me would be to have the binding agent attract nearby cells of your own species when it is activated (within a certain radius). This would speed up the process of building a chain of cells. They don’t even need to be attracted, it could just cause them to remain stationary to better allow you to bind with them.
