That makes no sense. Tron: Legacy was supposed to be the ending of the franchise. How could they invade the human world when the simulation has been destroyed?
The GRID was not destroyed in Tron Legacy; it was transferred to a chip around Samโs neck when Sam and Quorra came back to the real world. The resultant explosion of CLU and Kevin Flynn re-merging just destroyed the area around the gate, including the warship. The rest of the GRID was fine.

That lawsuit could end up with the worst possible outcome, which is that Midjourney ends up having to pay a licensing fee to Disney. That would mean that massive corporations still control the most popular IP in the world and only AI generators allowed to exist would be massive AI companies that have the money to pay licensing fees. This would mean that all small AI companies, many of which make less controlled AIs than the massive corporations who โmorallyโ condition their AIs (for example big AI companies could only make AIs that tell people that it is in their best interest to support oligarchs and that trickle down economics actually works), would be unable to afford it and so they would shut down. So we could end up in a situation where AIs become only available from the biggest corporations which would now control the world even more than they do already.

I have no idea if โNo, itโs a gulag!โ is actually in A Carโs Life and am unwilling to suffer through the movie to find out.
