Are we allowed to use the forum bot in a thread as long as we write quite a bit constructive writing between each use? I have been considering opening a GM-less game, so it isnโt possible for one to decide to go parachuting without a parachute IRL and stop the whole game because of it.

Yeah, for rolling dice. I was considering a GM-less game, so there is no one who is actually running the game. In games where there is a GM, if he disappears, it often means the end, so I was thinking about something that was kinda self-governed. Many game systems Iโm looking through do not need any dice, but some do.
I remember making a non-gm forum game called โDice Pokerโ.
