After your first full playthrough, will you be able to skip stages in a new one? For example, if I just want to go straight indusrial, how would that work? How would the auto-evo handle this? Is stage-skipping even possible?

Maybe you would have to import a species into the game to be able to skip stages, just like in Spore.

All of the stages seem to build off each other so I don’t think you could. Maybe you can select creative mode after you unlock it the first time.

I think that the only plausible way to skip stages is by starting from a previous save. Maybe people could share saves that have different kinds of species if people want different starting conditions when jumping to a later stage.

Maybe Thrivepedia would base itself onto shared savefiles.
