I mean, theoretically? It really just depends on what Doom wants the limits of my nanobot control to be. Even if we limit it to just stuff I have already done, I can at least summon a fair amount of nanotech bodies to act as laborers

Oh yeah that would be easy, assuming I’m allowed typical technological detection methods. Would be a bit harder if I had to just rely on base human senses for the bots, but they’d still be able to help

At this point I wonder if your character could become some kind of a “living city” with enough augments…

King: Send Nanotechnology bodies to capture the metal moles, and send them and the bodies to collaborate with Crimson and Buddy to see if we could use these organisms in any way

Red Lenormand: Send bodies to collaborate with Eris, Kaxylopsen, and A.B.I. in order to develop weaponry that can harm the more eldritch, psyonic, and incorporeal foes the city might face, but be cautious of trickery or whatnot that may have come about due to the former two’s fields, and of ABI so they don’t discover my true body (extra cautious cus fellow AI)

Well, maybe, but when you’re keeping a secret an AI is the one you have to be most cautious of, especially in such a tech-heavy world

I have a feeling they could find an anomaly in the city’s structure such large as the mecha dragon pretty easily even without extra directions/hints

It’s not an anomaly though, nor am I obviously a mecha dragon. My secret is safe
