Btw wouldn’t it be much better for those isekais to have used some sort of machinery instead of an animal to drive that siege weapon?

I agree with you, and that’s why it’s strange that they use creatures rather than mechs. Maybe it’s related to one of the enemies or maybe it was done in a hurry, I don’t have enough information to explain this.
