I just play normaly and look that i produce enough power and collect enough recources to feed the power generation but suddenly in like the 6 evolution when i get bigger i need like 5-10 times more power and cant mane anything about it and must accept my death(it happend every time even in other playthroughs when i evoluted 5-8 times)

In what ways did you make the cell “bigger”? What organelles did you add?

Yeah that could be a good explanation. You might need more stuff than just barely enough ATP production to survive the first eukaryote round.
