I normally play with 0.2 Osmoregulation cost, so that is probably why it isn’t a hug deal.
Edit: I meant “huge deal”, but hug deal sounds too funny and wholesome.

Alright so everyone but @UndyingHazard has made a submission for round 2
Hm. I suppose more people moved to easy and custom difficulties after the game got harder with each release…
I made a vote to evolve my species, you didn’t see it? I replied to the round one post.
Yeah I saw it, I put the effect of your mutation in. Which was improved nutrient intake. I’m talking about submissions to round 2 to go onto round 3.
Oh, ok. I’ll evolve my species this round:
1: Larger size.
2: More efficient respiration
Also we get two points to evolve or move our species each round, Correct? Since I only mutated once last round, does that mean I have a point left over from that? Or is it always two points per round until our species are larger then hamsters?
always 2 per round until large enough
How many times can a species become larger before its reaches the threshold of gaining 1 point per round?
1 round is 500K years so I think the size increase from 1 size mutation won’t be too large…
Depends on how small your creature is.
I don’t believe I’ve evolved yet for round 2(unless my memory fails me which is actually fairly likely)
So for AA’s species how many such mutations would be needed to lose the extra mutation?
Yeah you need to submit yours
Elephants turned small within less than less than 50k years so probably only 1. He would have to specify how large though.
By the way do you plan events to wipe all life off of where they impact or would they not be so drastic? Or would both types be present?
Any type of mass extinction event would likely wipe out the last of any multicellular life on this planet, it’s like asking for a mass extinction event during the period after the dinosaurs went extinct.
I meant more like localized events like volcano eruption and stuff
Yeah sure. Island-contained extinction event will happen, which is why it’s probably a good thing to spread your species across the planet’s last remaining landmasses.
Yeah. I do hope whatever is coming up won’t take care of too many islands…
I’ll get a little faster
Um by the way is the “plankton” just zooplankton or ALL plankton?
