What about just a few spikes along the sides, rather than all over the body? Is that ok?

Sure, Iโ€™ll put that in.

Animalia could you tell us after this point if a mutation is too drastic before you post the next round?

Would making the small amount of spikes being bifurcated be allowed, or is that too much?

Yeah sure. (Also holy smokes this FG is really active thereโ€™s already more than 120 posts within 24 hours)

The forum can do be active at times in these exciting daysโ€ฆ

Yeah itโ€™s been increasing rapidly, a couple months ago there were like 2 people on usually

You mean as in the entirety of the active threads?

I believe this corresponds with the hype surrounding version 1.0, thereโ€™s gotta be way more people coming on soon.

Or so we think, letโ€™s not overhype it before it actually happens.

Propagation via division when in contact to water (not counting rain), thus expanding before splitting in half to form two new induvidials (fresh water as salt water is not kind to a plant)

smaller sphorophytes closer to the body that stick spores to an animal body be it grazers or scavengers picking amongst the moss body in search of food.

Can one use the one point one havenโ€™t spent or what do we do with that point? (Also I doubt I can move around least a lucky spore somehow makes it but my movement would be to the eastern australis highlands if I can.)

I think if you didnโ€™t use that point itโ€™s now lost forever.

Lost forever. Animals IRL donโ€™t just โ€œSave upโ€ and evolve lavish traits all at once.

So is there ever a reason to skip on an evolution?

Not really. Kind of like how in Thrive there isnโ€™t really a reason to not evolve because you donโ€™t save up MP

I mean at times you are just waiting to unlock an organelle for instance.

Or trying to blitz to the surface.

You still need to evolve tolerances for that though

I normally ignore changing the tolerances until after I reach the surface. Then again, I play either easy or custom difficulty, so it might be more challenging to change tolerances on higher noncustomized difficulties.

Wonโ€™t they kill you considering the large pressure and temperature changes though?
