Action 1: Make sure Shale gets plenty of rest and heals up.
Action 2: research areas of brackish water in California.
Action 1: Make sure Shale gets plenty of rest and heals up.
Action 2: research areas of brackish water in California.
action 1: look through the DND and SCP wikis for living things that are bigger on the inside than the outside, get annoyed that nothing i can find matches the description, and write: ‘1 sleeping mimic with SCP-184 embedded in its flesh, 60 meters above my back yard’ in my lifenote, grab a sharp knife, and watch my windows while waiting for the mimic to hit the ground before heading outside and cutting it up, making sure to leave the anomalous object in it outside while i grab an old computer case with hinges on a side panel to put the object in, and close the computer casing with the object inside before setting a reminder for 3 days named ‘check the research box’
action 2: make a post on the thrive community forum saying i’m looking for people who would like to have tests run on them that will likely give them catlike features, and then look for a spot i can put the research box when it’s finished expanding its internal volume to what i want it to be(preferably in one of the legs of the structure summoned near where i live). after that’s done, look for a spot in the atlantic ocean i can easily move it to so it doesn’t create an infinite labyrinth i can’t get it out of because i forgot it in an enclosed space. and move the jar of what i’ll call ‘8610-0E’ if the experiments have the intended result, into the freezer to stop it from evolving further and turning into something i don’t want. and give the ant food(a small slice of mimic meat fried like bacon, with a speck of the evolving tissue from the jar in the freezer added using paper i burned soon after i was done preparing the food, to minimize the spread of untested organisms) so it’ll be less likely to try to kill me in my sleep if it gets out of the jar.
Beyond topic of this game, how do you think the users and the moderators would react to that? It’s not like you ever see someone try to advertise human experiments on an evolution game forum.
y’know what, maybe R/biohackers or something similar to it, or just a website specifically for the advertising, would be better for that. to answer your question though, like the person advertising it is insane, delusional, a scammer, trying to commit crimes by luring people in with the promise of turning them into cat-people, or any combination of the four.
one place i can think of though where stuff like that wouldn’t be too out of place, or even enough out of place for people to think that, is tumblr. so maybe i’ll make my character use tumblr to do that.
concidering the fact madeline’s been researching stuff about DNA this kinda makes sense
Action 1: pull phone out of pocket and go to google and search up “genetic engineering”
Action 2: scroll through the first few pages of google and maybe find Ember inani’s post(?)
i’m guessing you named your character after Madeline celeste?
Suprisingly no. I just was having a hard time picking a name and Searched up “girls names” and decided to pick it. though it is a pretty funny coincedince!
I find it kind of surprising that up until this point, no world-destroying entity has been summoned.
with this treasure, i summon…
Nigel Nova (from remmortal)
(not a world destroying entity, but still…)

@aah31415 How long is a round in game?
Assuming a round is 6-ish hours:
Action 1: Finish up work and go home
Action 2: Watch 3 body problem and summon the older version one lady from China that started it all.
(I have my own theories on the show that will come back later involving the Sun-Ti not actually existing)
where do you want to summon her?
In the living room, then I want to explain to her the situation with the Lifenotes and all that as I pet Ruffles.
Could you explain what kind of a person she is? I am not going to watch an entire series just for the sake of a forum game.
Well, I’ll give you a summary.
This basically spoils the entire show by he way
Basically aliens in the show are coming to earth, but there is a theory that this woman is actually faking an alien invasion to progress humanities technology.
Her father was killed in WWII for teaching science, she was kept in a labor camp in a while until the Chinese government hired her to work on a project (with the goal to contact aliens to help them win the war)
She eventually finds out that by pointing their radar at the sun they can amplify the signal, her male colleague tries to take credit but their superiors disallow it, reprimanding him for “daring to fire it at their great red sun”
She secretly does it anyways claiming in her message that humanity is incapable of helping themselves and that they would gladly accept them if they came to conquer. 8 years later she gets a response saying that she doesn’t want to do that and that it’s a bad idea and they will take over their world, to which she responds that the world is doomed anyways.
After the war she meets tells an American environmentalist she knows (because he was trying to save a species of bird in China) and gets a giant radar dish mounted on a boat. so they can communicate with the aliens (who are called the Sun-Ti) Over the years she builds a cult following of great scientists and gains the ability to make seamless VR, beam images directly into peoples heads, and store petabytes of data on a cartage no larger than your phone. All of this is supposedly done through contact with the Sun-Ti.
The theory goes like this:
All of these technologies they use are already possible to make. We never actually get to see the Sun-Ti, so what if she just made a sophisticated AI to act as the Sun-Ti (maybe not in the early days but you get the idea)
For the technologies we already have, lets start with the beaming images into millions of peoples heads.
In space, astronauts will occasionally experience a single instant where a single receptor in their eye goes white. Just a little dot here and a little dot there. This is the result of perfectly fine tuned radio waves that will still set of our light receptors but can pass through our flesh and bones. We can replicate these easily, and it isn’t a stretch to say that she might have influenced the design of radio and 5G towers to allow them to replicate and direct these waves. With a sophisticated enough AI, she could make anyone, anywhere, see anything.
As for the Petabytes of data, that could just be DNA storage. Very hard to write, very easy to read. While the machine you need to write the data onto a DNA drive is very large and takes a while, the mechanism used to read it can be EXTREMELY compact, allowing you to store and read petabytes of data on a disc drive the size of your phone.
The seamless VR is a combination of the other 2. In the books it requires the best VR equipment, but in the show all that isn’t needed, they can just beam the information from the headset directly into your brain.
The AI used to control all of this was likely developed by her, and probably implemented as a trevigintiilion microprocesses that run in the background as part of the OS of all programs, since she was around when all that happened.
TLDR; She lost faith in humanity reaching to the stars in WWII so she fast tracked our progress by developing an AI and building obscure technologies to make us think we were at war with an enemy that was 4 light years away coming at us a 1% the speed of light so we would get used to working together as a group with a common goal in mind.
I intend to get her to build a second AI so we can do it all again.
Or maybe I should just as Five Pebbles or Looks To The Moon to do that.
But I’m not there now.
New York can deal with that rainfall.

Action 1:
Action 2:
RESULTS:
After much thinking, you end up summoning a DND mimic with SCP-184 embedded into it’s inner body. You make the mimic spawn high above ground, and so it is already nearly dead when you reach it. You cut up the mimic and get SCP-184 outside, then put it into an old computer box you called “research box”. You will be reminded in 72 hours (at ROUND TWENTY) to check the box.
You make a post on Thrive Community Forum, saying that you search for people who would be willing to get tests done on them, which’d make them gain certain cat features. You put the research box in a hermitcraft umbrella shroom. After the box is hidden, you search for a place in the Atlantic Ocean where you can move to.
You then check on the jar of the ant tissue and “SCP-8610”, it seems to have created a new strange tissue which you call “8610-0E”. You put it in freezer and feed mimic meat to the ant trapped in the jar.
