or make a computer virus to wipe them out
or shoot them with a strong acid
or make a sentient grey goo nanobot species, and make it also a hivemind, so it can eat them all

You can’t just move them somewhere, the Life Note doesn’t have that ability. Besides, all the options for destroying my troops that you presented can’t be called by the Life Note.
Keep in mind that if you use very powerful forces, I can also use powerful forces.

i already gave myself the power to make portals to anywhere that exists, fictional (to this universe) or not, and my whole theme is mad scientist
and i won’t be directly using the lifenote to make any of those

You can make the lifenote be capable of summoning anything anyways like joshua did.
yeah, but if i directly give my lifenote a power, that provides the risk of someone else being able to steal that power by stealing my lifenote

You could make only yourself be capable of using your lifenote using a wish too. 
wouldn’t any player that steals it be able to use a wish to make themselves able to use it though?
or are wishes not able to contradict previous wishes?

Wishes can do anything I suppose. One can already easily summon entities easily capable of destroying the world, so why would I wishes from working then?
what about if someone uses a wish to make all wishes made from that point onwards be nullified if a previously made wish contradicts it?
and it wouldn’t be able to be undone, because any wish that undoes it wold contradict it

A1: summon genie, for wishes three
wish one: all wishes made from this point onwards, if they go against a previously made wish, are immediately undone or modified to not go against the previous wish
wish two: genies cannot aid or hinder in interpersonal conflict
wish three: no wish from this point onwards can stop anyone from using a genie’s wishes
A2: work on bending progressively smaller things with my metalbending, starting from a shard of steel 3 mm in length

it explicitly prevents using wishes to prevent everyone else from using genies, but also prevents making wishes that undo previous wishes
and also stops people from using genies for combat

yeah, but it’d kinda be hard to summon just a wishbone, and it’d have to be from a mythical creature to actually work, so they’d probably have to summon the whole creature, then kill it

wishbones are only form birds
most mythical bird creatures can fly, or at least glide
summoning a mythical bird creature that high up would be stupid

Um, then summon them inside the ground and have them suffocate. The ability to specify where you want something to spawn can do be powerful…
for most of them, if someone summons it far enough underground to kill it, and have it not be able to escape, they’d also have to dig it up to get the wishbone out, and that might be anywhere from a few decimeters to half a kilometer depending on what they summon
