I agree with that statement
The regular trust level requirements have been updated a long time a go but that discourse help thing still lists the old things.
For example here’ what @MechanicalPumpkin is missing for being regular:

I can tolerate up to double posting in certain cases where it makes things clearer on who you are replying to.

I’m pretty sure DMS allow you to quadruple post.
I was just about to say that dms probably have different limitations on consecutive posts, so you can’t test with them.
But we already thoroughly tested this with DonGororo first being promoted to trust level 4 (which can only be done manually), and still not being able to quadruple post.
I just think that I have a dual personality
