There are so many Haiku’s
I might want to say thank you
but they’re quite annoying
and as much as i would like toying
i hope we can discuss something else
like how TJwhale just made procedural fishes as a surprise
That may add much to the game
and that may provide TJ with some fame
But otherwise i just want to sumarise
no more haikus again

it seems i cant please
But i have a few reasons
for why i think this is treason
as this is called the miscellaneous talk
and i’d rather see stuff like this all chalked
in another thread for haiku’s as maybe i wanna discuss something of another sort
like TJwhales fishes Games that i think are cool or something quite short
But it seems as though i cannot convince you
with my rhymes which turnout aren’t poo

Nice diversion of topic, is that a thing or are you talking about the previous concepts that got scrapped due to it having “too many blade runner vibes”.
did you know that monsters were meant to breed and multiply if you took longer to reach their section of the game in half life 1
Was that not added because the game would be too hard for most people or was it just too hard to code so they didn’t do it?
Probably a combination of it being too hard to implement and it just being a crappy mechanic that punishes players that are bad by making it even more difficult. That’s pretty bad game design IMO.
