Update: Oh, so HL:S has been unlisted.
Maintaining such a list would be quite a bit of effort for very little use. The most random features add new enums that someone would forget to add to the list.
You can just use grep for example to find all public enum containing lines.

Conclusion: Valve Deckard is coming soon.
