THE NEW Miscellaneous Talk That Doesn't Deserve A New Thread Thread Thread (Part 2)

Interesting way of the world to choose mods.

That how do mods and admin choose those days?

I guess that the more active you are, the more ā€œmod-likeā€ you get.

If it looks like that from what you said, I think I’m already at mods level (jk)

What would happen if Chris-Chan joined the forums?

Who the belgium is ā€œChris-Chanā€?

I know who that is but I fail to see how it would be relevant at all.

the most documented person on the internet.

I would be forced to don the pickle once more…

And the unluckiest person in the world.

Just imagine, Chris-Chan would complain about Thrive not having Sonichu or bronies and would start harrassing us.

XD

What do you mean by that?

I guess that Don the Pickle is an yet another paranormal entity from the zenzoneverse

Do you guys not remember when he last donned the pickle?

No, atleast I don’t. Could you give us a link to whenever that occured?

Again, how are we supposed to harvest literal negative gravity needed for this drive? Exotic Matter is still stuff of fiction, and will most likely remain so.

well, if we wanna take after science fiction, we find how many big words we need to fool gravity into thinking we know more about it than it does, and then make blueprints before we make the machine we gaslit gravity to make, but if we want to succeed, we’re gonna need to find out how to find exotic matter.

this reminded me an half-worldbuilding-half-roleplay project i had where humans (and dolphins) finally understood what dark matter/energy (basically matter that was attracted by antigravity and antigravity caused by very extreme random fluctuations in the gravitational field) was and how to control it but instead of using it for FTL travel, the first thing they did with dark energy and dark matter were maglevs that go at Mach 2 without needing rails.

what about mach 10 with rails? actually nvm the humans probably would’ve just used that to launch weapons more than anything else.

screams of agony from innocent passengers being burned in the lower atmosphere at orbital velocities

The humans (an’ dophins) who developed the technology were annoyingly pacifistic, to the point that they were considered ā€œpeacemorgeningsā€ and ā€œcondescending b :belgium:chesā€ to other nations.

I already know more than gravity does, that’s because gravity is incapable of knowing anything.

it knows how it’s supposed to act and how much mass is in one place, so it is capable of knowing two things, just not in the way we normally call knowing things, as it does not store information, and instead just processes it physically.
