Probably no Oscars for that year, but then a lot of people would be without work, unless the alternatives hired them. Could you please list some of these alternatives, since I have never heard of about them before.

Pretty sure each country (atleast most of them) have their own sort of country-scale oscars. Then there are the more international oscars, through they don’t have quite the reach of the true oscars.

The one movie that got released would automatically win everything. So even if there were literally going to be 0 movies released some year, someone in Hollywood would realize the potential and throw together a “joke” movie in a week and premier it last day of December.

Another bad thing I forgot to mention about the Nvidia RTX 50 series is that they don’t support 32-bit PhysX, which kills the framerate for older games. That’s a good reason to have a second GPU if you like playing older games.
