Well, if Blackjack doesn’t un-federate with china, you wont be able to federate with him. and @Evolution4Weak you cant research rifling yet. i mean, you might have the tech for it, but i feel it is way to early for rifling, when not everyone even has guns.

I think steam engine to me is way too important to trade away i think it might have to be on a “blacklist” unless a really good deal come up, so i don’t think i can do the deal…
