Yes, they can use the targes, I forgot about those because the shields were upgraded to be long shields. I also forgot about your rhinos, because I put them in military instead of domestication, so I thought you didn’t have a mount. I’ll fix that next round.

It doesn’t give a research bonus, since you’re reestablishing schools. The philosophers still give a bonus though.
