OK I will reconstruct the bonus process:
- +4 because warmonger
- +2 +4 +2 +4 +4 from combat tech
- +2 because siege attacker has the advantage
- +7 because of archer bonus (100 archers [Oofer] +31 soldiers [Zenzone] = 131. 100/14=7)
