In the middle of the night, after gathering more food, you eventually find a road on one of your hikes. You follow the road until you see a town, and eventually come close enough to see a sign “Welcome to War”. You find some old clothes in a donation box, and go to the towns visitor’s center, where you see the full name, “War, McDowell County, West Virginia”. “Excus’ me,” you say trying to put on your best Country Accent, “I got los’ on the way her’, and someone mugg’d me.” You get sympathy from the overweight lady who works there, as your appearance is very disheveled from the helicopter explosion and subsequent healing, “I know someone in town who will help and take you to next largest city.”

Late at night, I start downloading the latest patch for thrive, but then my computer crashes, and I have to reboot it. While I wait for my computer to start, I decide to watch some TV. I turn to ABC news channel, “…No bodies have been found since the disappearance the FBI helicopter that was transporting the murder known as domin2ktr. The FBI have at least a 467 mile area to sweep to find the possible remains of the helicopter, with all on board either missing or dead…” The Newscaster then becomes sullen after hearing something in his ear, saying “We have just been informed that Emirates flight 203 crashed into some mountains in Iran a few hours ago, with none of the 878 people on board being found…” I panic and make sad noises, since my Father was on the Airbus A380 Emirates flight 203 that crashed on the news, coming from Dubai to (RNG = 0.85) New York.

You go on the news online and find out domin2ktr has possibly died, feeling terrible for him, and seeing the Emirates flight 203 has crashed, feeling sorry for all who are going to become affected. You later see JustaDumbThriver has posted on the forums, and reply to him before feeling sleepy.

When you go to scroll on the forums late at night, you get an error message, probably due to the forums undergoing maintenance. While you wait, you first check the news, finding out about domin2ktr’s possible death and the Emirates 203 flight crash, silently wishing well on those who are affected. You then check your phone, which has a new message on it from your parents “We are coming to see you tomorrow as a surprise!” You facepalm as much as a Troodon could, panicking and sending a message back “I am sick! Don’t come here!”, feeling terrified of how your parents will react to your new form and the possibility of spreading the pathogen. To try and feel better, you post on the Thrive Community Forums, is now back up.

Now on El Hierro, you attempt to dream of being human again, but your dreams take you somewhere else. You instead dream of being on the Jurassic Park Franchise’s Cinco Muertas Archipelago, specifically the associated island of Isla Telaraña (“The Web”) or Site F, the site of Jurassic World: Rebirth in this universe. You are immediately surrounded by a pack of Mutadons, who jump on you and start to bite you. You roar in pain, and begin to breath fire, chasing away the Mutadons, until you hear loud, low roars, with three Spindosaur hybrids coming out. One Spinosaur-Spider hybrid bites you in the throat, as the rest start to spin silk on you and put eggs inside you, eventually covering you in a giant cocoon.

Once you wake up fully refreshed, it is again night time, but you think it is essential to try and find others who could have turned. The issue is you don’t know where they might be, and your computer is most likely confiscated. You see the news about domin2ktr and the unrelated Emirates flight 203, and do not notice Detective Donshohuto standing there. You freeze, and the detective speaks, “Are you…Animalia?”, to which you nod yes. “I thought so; do you want to help me find the others who are changed like you ?”, he asks you.

Now night time, you decide to name your new Catfish friend “Biscuit”. You watch you friend, making sure nothing comes to harm the Catfish. You actually don’t know if Biscuit is a male or female. You then decide to try and feed your friend, plucking some berries from some bushes close by and throwing them in the pond. You see Biscuit come up and eat them, making you feel happy that you friend is enjoying their food.

It has become night where you are at, and you are still injured. Despite your best efforts, you could not find any viable food yet. You think you have found something and pounce at it, only for the Western Massasauga Rattlesnake (*Sistrurus catenatus tergeminus)*to bite you. Being a venomous snake, you start to feel swelling and severe pain. Since you are a chimeric animal, their is an additional unintended hallucinogenic effect, causing a psychedelic experience.
