  1. sexual reproduction
  2. resistance to electricity

Mutation uno: Increase in size (small).

Mutation dos: Hermaphrodite (if we already are that then relicus just lays larger batches of eggs though not hatching earlier)

With the new sexual reproduction mechanic, my species might be able to meet my vision in … 11-12 rounds! Woohoo!

Loving the diversity, though the oceans themselves are surprisingly lacking, likely due to just generally more interest in being a land species. But it makes room for secondarily oceanic organisms to evolve which is cool

I think that we should change our genus name on round 10, like how we did in UTGC2.

Well some people already have been changing that, like TeaKing did with Evolumia iirc. Pretty sure you can do it any time you want as long as it makes sense and Mito agrees

Okay
New name:
Hexapinna Verrucosus
Meaning:
“Six-Fins Rough-Skinned”

Yeah, but the other castes wouldn’t need to have any leaves anymore, so less weight, which means more speed. Besides, the are still kind of adapted to eating, eating would obviously give them more energy to use, so they would be adapted to having extra energy sometimes, so they can become more powerful as long as they have extra energy.

Mutation 1: sexual reproduction

Mutation 2: more Motor ganglia for more fast reflexes, speeeed

After thinking about this, wouldn’t omnivores still be able to eat those “higher-tier” plants if they had two digestive routes, one for the plants and the second for other stuff?

I proposed something similar inside the details box in my vote post

I think it’s possible, but generally it is good omnivore prevention.

Love how quick everyone is responding to this game btw, there rlly isn’t any need to wait on a players votes (at least that I’ve seen)

yep
Also my species got the isolated treatment (The second a forgein species appear we just become dust upon contact)

I’d recommend leaning more into terrestrial adaptations for now just because Hazard’s Minacia hasn’t evolved land adaptations yet - should give you some respite while you make some necessary evolutions and then you can return to the water if you want to

Your only Predator on land would be Legendicus iirc, because my Minacia has plenty of aerial prey as well as Fulgurmortis.

If you have a plan you have a plan just thought I’d share some ideas

True but Relicus already semi do that but goes back to the water due to the book gills needing the water to exchange water given Book gills can exchange O2 as long it is moist.
Also Nah I have no plan just adjusting the creature to threats as they come

fun fact: if you use an analogue of tears(water filled with proteins and coated in oil) to hydrate your book lungs when outside of the water you could stay out of the water much longer and there is a real world example of this as the lenses of your eyes don’t get oxygen from your blood unless your eyes are closed and instead get it from the air because they are able to due to constantly being hydrated so you can see

uhh… You’re aware that this puts you at a great risk?

Can you be more specific I am already hunted in the rivers by two predators one which relies on speed the other pure strength

oh sorry, I misread what you were talking about in the previous message
I thought that you said “Also Nah I have no plan to adjusting the creature to threats as they come” and not “Also Nah I have no plan just adjusting the creature to threats as they come”.

I guess that it may be a situation simmilar to the “No asking for more wishes” rule in wish-giving entities; Yes, a barrier exists, but there are many ways around it.
