oh i also got the biobots fully functional, and the 8610-3 instance (designated SCP-8610|3ot-VEN) that controls all of them makes large coils of cells packed full of electroplasts in each of them, each with one of those crystals that links physically disconnected circuits, and a system of photoelectric cells and -3 fluid that turns unbearable heat into (not really) unlimited power so the carbon fixing plant i set up on venus with them doesn’t have to spend time building portals to make a biobot shell for her to split off a chunk of herself and have it form a soul crystal, which then gets broken in half to have one half added to her control unit while the other half stays in the biobot (the soul crystals formed by the blobs she makes for the biobots are about the size of a worker fire ant, and they’re only not under her control for a minute at most.) and then her half of its soul crystal gets fused to hers via a glass soul crucible so she can properly control it, and then she modifies it to properly function as a biobot, before sending it out of the factory to do whatever she needs it for
she also has been trained to make another factory and link herself to its 8610|3ot chamber via a portal, and/or make her processing unit larger/denser if she can’t process the input from and send commands to every biobot as naturally as the carbon fixing plant(which is technically her body, and the carbon fixation unit is technically her lungs) breathes
