Itโs either a glitch or you had a clone you didnโt know about, which immediately when you found out about it died of (un-)natural causes.

You might have had 2 tabs open with thrive in it. that glitch happens in google docs. it might be similar
That doesnโt trigger the glitch, I regularly (ie. every day) have multiple tabs open here and it does not show you as online multiple times.
Try incognito or something
If you knew how many tabs I had, youโd notice my clone army.
