This looks good! I like a lot of it, but if this is something people seriously want, maybe reconsider shifting all the checkboxes left? Leaving empty space on the right doesn’t improve anything. Getting rid of space in the middle is admirable, but if the menu has to take up a given width of screen giving it room to breathe is okay.

That first idea is actually pretty good, but I think the buttons should be right aligned so that the buttons are at the same horizontal positions on each line. Because having the buttons for rebinding be all over horizontally, doesn’t look very good as it is not uniform.
