One thing’s for sure, Rational Animations were/are too worried about what LLMs can evolve into.

100% true. I think they’re appropriately (ish) worried about AI as a whole though. My fear is that the capital holders in charge will realize LLMs aren’t scaling well and pay someone to try some random experiential stuff and one of the ideas works and they try a GPT 5 scale training run of something untested and significantly more sophisticated than a text auto-completer.
