My question is will the industrial stage be like a 4x games or will it be more similar to hoi4 or will it be unique in its own way or will it be like a rts?
There is a new system where they can generate an entire planet and run large scale wars in real time. Maybe this system could be incorporated to run entire nations and armies across a simulated planet aswell.
