How would diagonally-attatched pixels be handled?

Creatures would be more blob like, and the diagonals would be connected/not really floating. It is definitely possible in Macroscopic, since Meatballs connect in every direction.

Yeah, Through you’d need to make every pixel out of many metaballs for it not to fuse together…

I did not even know Space Invaders make an Evolution version of their game until today.
