This weapon is called a relativistic missile. It has HUGE kinetic energy (For comparison: the Chicxulup meteorite, which caused a mass extinction on earth, did not have even 1% of the speed of light, an object of similar mass with a speed of 99.9% of the speed of light will have hundreds of thousands of times more energy.), these weapons will also be virtually undetectable (unless you have FTL detection systems).
