I think it would be better to introduce something like a โsteel willโ mode in which it would be impossible to save-load (the game would only be saved when exiting and autosaving) and when completing the game in this mode an achievement would be given

That was too easyโฆ - beat the game on the easiest difficulty settings.
Yeah, I know, but what about people who play with mods (which can cause issues in games), or if the game randomly crashes due to Godot Engine failure (failing to auto-save)? Also, Honestman would still be a good achievement/challenge regardless of whether or not one wants to play on โIronman Modeโ.

Would honestman need to be reviewed by some person before being given to the player?
How in this case will the game check if the player loaded the save to abuse the game mechanics? Even if this can be done, it will be much more difficult to do than iron man, besides, there may be many bugs and loopholes with which it will be possible to deceive the system by getting an achievement even despite using save-load to abuse the game mechanics
Ultimately, making a complex system that would check whether a player uses save-load to gain advantages just for the sake of one achievement is clearly not worth it.
