Isn’t rainworld more about nature reclaiming the remnants of an once-great civ “passively” with even an ecosystem forming within the machinery?

i mean literally yes, but what i kinda feel like natural reclamation of a large machinery thing is pretty nature retaking of it. maybe i’m not getting what you were going for, maybe more like the nature has to kill the people building the stuff instead of waiting for them to belgium off

While you are playing thrive you cannot breathe automatically in irl, while the rate of metabolism associated with obtaining gases from the environment is associated with the speed of breathing irl.
Add the ability to smelt metal underwater using radioactive materials.
The size of your irl brain will depend on the brain size of the species you are playing as in thrive.
Add a lot of grind to the game and make it unbearably difficult, adding donations for in-game currency that can only be obtained by selling your soul to the devil,make mp obtainable only for donations.
