Carlos Theose was a normal member of the tribe, he saw the tribe’s ups and downs, and some musical occurrences as well, but was this here last chance, had they failed? No, he wouldn’t allow that, he forcefully picked up his rock and started to dig, just a bit more he thought, just a bit more…

Vote: Farm the cacti!!! Farm the food!!!, succ! (13)
Damian Wellsitter looked around, the barren land only littered with cacti, the root they found earlier sustained their entire Tribe for half a decade, the entire field was littered with them, It was a tough root, but had a lot of nutrients, Damian’s 20yo buff body was due to this nutrient. They still had some roots with them, that they covered in sand so the beasts wouldn’t eat them, they started to propagate through the desert, giving you a sustainable food source, you also discovered that water was present within cacti, so you started to consume them too, the tribe is looking up.
Though, you discovered a large, shinier root.

Hearldton Epstiene was now 55 years old, how?! He should have died long ago, he laid down on the thatched nest he made too long ago. He had accomplished everything and reached the bottleneck of construction, there was nothing left to do, so he relaxed next to the well.
The tranquil noises purified his mind, cleansing his thoughts, so he focused harder and harder,
How To progress?
He had mastered the are of wood and stone, what else could there be? A better stone?
Clink.
A small rattle was heard in the well, Epstein opened his eyes, and looked at a small stone, no more than a paw’s size.
He picked it up and examined it, for some reason, he felt this stone was an answer to his calls, he looked at the well and thanked it sincerely, for a new breakthrough, this stone was the key, he thought, no, knew it.
~2 years later
After heavy testing, Epstein found that the stone contained new material, but for now, it was useless, he would make sure this turquoise stone would be made into the best structure possible, though, it was brittle, and wasn’t able to be shaped like wood, and it would shatter like stone, it was the worst of both worlds, was this really the answer.
It must be…
~3 years later
After getting some help, the others started to eat the new stone, which is not advised, because it can cause some side effects, and even tried to hit themselves with it. There seemed to be no way to shape the metal.

Steve Goldbloom was now 50 years old, older than was thought possible, his hair started to gray, and his strength started to diminish, but his mind only got stronger. After the night of enlightenment (As the others called it) he had to fight off a beast, it was unknown how the patrols missed it, so the tribe is on guard much more than before. The children had mastered the art of a stonemason for more than steve had thought was accomplishable, but none were able to mimick the crude, fire attack of his ax, it just didn’t seem possible.
In fact, his once young students, now over twenty, had expanded the research hut in order to replicate his battle-ax, there seemed to be something special about it, when Goldbloom thought about it, all that came to mind was the feeling of emotion when wielding it, one had to have the power of a warrior to bring out the potential of the ax, but more importantly, the spirit of one.
Goldbloom had a feeling that something was coming, and if they didn’t progress enough, they would be swallowed up, a torrent of waves wiping out their entire existence…
~2 years later
I had to help the village, all these people, so I went to discover new material, and I found two things, in the dry lake bed, there sat dirt that clumped together and hardened with fire. He gave some of this dirt to the research hut for more experimentation in the future…
~1 year later
The other thing I found was a Turquoise stone, one that would glow brightly when heated up, and melt… I had to use this.
~1 year later…
The research hut had found a use for this clay, it was able to insulate the cabins, to make them warmer in the winter and cooler in the summer, but what if I used it to hear up the copper? I was unable to make the cube shape I had thought of, it had collapsed. So I reinforced it with thatch. I held up better, but when I tried to harden it, it shattered.
~6 months later…
After giving up on the idea, I had helped around the research hut, doing a little here and there, though my eyes were on copper, it seemed to be the worst possible material, but it was a new possibility…
~6 months later…
I had some inspiration, the roofs of our huts were recently replaced with a dome structure, made of wood, clay, and stone. these were able to give the huts the much-needed storage space and added a storage compartment to the buildings. Now, what if I built a kiln in that shape, just Larger…
~3 years later…
I did it… I was able to make the largest dome possible, the hardened dome was a foot thick in every direction, and the soot-covered ground under it bolstered its capabilities… And had a small slot for the battle-ax. I planned to use its heat-generating abilities to heat the vast space of the kiln and produce purified copper. After researching copper, I found there were a lot of impurities, such as the slag that was produced when it was liquified into clay pots. after enough refining, I would come out as a shiny pure bar of copper, which could be pounded with a hammer into its desired shape.
Clank!
Clank!
Clank!
My copper hammer did well in the heat, unlike normal stone, which would crack with the expansion. I mined for ores and requested help from my students. They were of great help as free labor, for the sake of education. I was able to mine out a LARGE amount of the caves with their help, giving me a tonne of copper ores, I estimated I would only get 500 or so kilos of pure copper though, So I decided upon a thing to cast, my first option was a sheet of the metal, but that wouldn’t be of much use, so I decided upon a battle-ax, for old times sake.
I grasped the old-timer weapon I had made long ago and pictured the flaming ball of fire, just hotter much hotter. I felt a blistering heat encompass me as if forging my body and the ax together, I held the ax in its slot as the kiln turned a furious red, and plumes of soot and steam shot out the center as a pillar of fire could be seen kilometers away, the research hut accompanied me, but were forced to step back from the blistering heat, arcs of electricity zapped the ax as the ax started to absorb the tonne of copper, shedding its previous form, the cracked stone flew off of it as it was replaced with a coppery glow.
Why did it eat all the copper! spit it out!
The ax didn’t listen and its head shined with a new, copper head. it bolstered extreme power… Give me my copper!
Luckily there were still 150 kilos of molten copper, the slag was drained with a copper valve I had pre-made, It flowed into an ax mold, and cooled down, I still had a lot of copper left, but 10 axes dropped the amount of copper to unusable levels, the 25-kilo axes would cut a tree in a fell swoop. This was the start of a new age.
