Every time Gerhard does 10 minutes something boring, one rolls to see whether control over Gerhard is lost. If it the result is 3 or lower, control is lost and everyone gets 1 willpower. That happened with the flight to the city, but I think you decided to go all in some round ago (the one where you bet 6).
