Yes. Remus ready to everything, if he will be helped in his experiments. For example - give him ingredients (fresh and clean water, clean flasks), other alive ghouls, old books, papers with records, protection. But, he will preferably doing medicine and healing.

About laws and habits? That means the next: Remus will learn the customs, traditions of that tribe of raiders. What will happen, if they usually do ritual sacrifice (with ghouls), or they kill weak children (as in Sparta), worship the serpent, what do they do with booty? Remus will try to learn any specific aspects of their life (he saw normal life 150 years ago!)
