Fallout Nuclear Winter (dead)

Uhh, since my overseer is borderline paranoid…

Action: Start development on good weapons and start schematics on a suit of T-60 power armor.

Does your vault break down over time? Also, what year is it? Since the war was 2077, it should be 200 something years for the radiation levels to be safe-ish, right?

actually the first vault to open was vault 76 i am pretty sure it was 20 years and plus people lived outside the vaults not everyone died outside the vaults
round 1

you manage to make plans for a suit of t-60 power armor and make a makeshift laser pistol

Excellent! Now for the next step…

Action: make a suit of T-60 power armor

(Do I also have to make the power cells, or do we assume that just comes with it?)

round 2 roll 3+1=4

you create a suit of power armor witch pleases the very paranoid overseer

@Magic8Ball04

Action: put effort into reinforcing interior walls and creating weapons

round 2 roll 6

you manage to reinforce all of the walls in fear of the monster (i presume) and make many guns

there will be an event next turn.
also anybody can join but i want to cap the number of people at 6.

Bzzt it seems the old computer printed a new overseer name! It’s Connor Lambrien, an ambitious young man who tends to act on impulse and adrenaline rushes. His first order:

Action: Suit up the strongest person in the vault with power armour and laser pistol and send him out on a scouting mission for 2 weeks. Also begin production of better laser pistols.

Action: laser pistols sound cool, but you know what sounds cooler? Laser cannons. Start production of laser cannons immediately.

Nah man, REAL PROS go for gatling lasers. Now those are a staple if you’re going after Albino Deathclaws.

I’m quaking inside my highly fortified vault

round 3
event: radroach infestation. i flipped a coin to decide who gets infested

vault # 138

roll 3
you order laser cannons to be built but no one seems to be able to figure it out.
also radroaches start to infest your vault eating your supplies and attacking your dwellers.

vault # 47

roll 4+1=5
you send out your strongest dweller in a suit of power armor 2 weeks later he comes back and describes horrible atomic blizzards and some kind of sickly looking 2 headed deer he even brought back the carcass it seems to be albino (a lot of things will be albino since you are in alaska)

Sigh

Action: start developing laser toasters and we can work up from there. Also start a daily festivity of capturing and killing as many roaches as possible.

those count as two votes also some advice there must be a breach in the wall or a nest.

Thank you

Action: search for the breach and fix it, if this doesn’t count as another vote I want to try and see what caused it

I think that makeshift laser pistol needs an upgrade.

Action: Start schematics on a tri-barrel laser rifle.

round 4

vault # 138

roll 4
you manage to find a breach in the back of the canteen and fix it but there are still radroaches (by the way radroaches are the size of a small cat) but you still have to deal with the radroaches themselves.
status: stable 1
people: mad about the radroaches but fairly happy and safe
population:99 (you still haven’t recovered from that guy that got eaten)

vault # 47

roll 6
you manage to make a quad_barrel laser rifle.

A :belgium:ING CAT?!

Action: attempt to domesticate the roaches (this was a friend’s idea)

Whoa there, radroach wrangling is dangerous business. You wouldn’t want to end up like Radroach Rodney…

Overseer 23 Log #2: Well, it seems things are going well, but I’m itching for action! I feel like that damned computer might put me out of business any day now. I have to do something about it… What? Oh, yeah yeah, just send out Gustav with Quadslayer. I don’t know, a month? Yeah, one month’s good. Yeesh, this personnel never stops bothering me. I do hope Gustav finds some neat goodies though. A radioactive wasteland… so many possibilities…

Action: Send out Strongest vault dweller (Gustav) in the T-60 suit with the quad-barrel laser rifle (Quadslayer) on a scavenging mission for a month.

Roleplay

Overseer 23 log #4: It seems our main man Gustav found a research station. Finally, something interesting! And judging by the Hulk-looking mutants he slayed, I’m guessing that was FEV. Let’s see if we can put this to use…

Action: Let Gustav escort a research team to the FEV workstation to start experimenting on Radstags with the FEV for a possible perk
