Isn’t Battra just an evil Mothra?

I think he appears evil because Battra believes destroying humanity will save the planet from harm. He is meant to be a dark counterpart, but not evil per say. Although, it depends on the revisions made to the lore within the films he appears in.

Mothra protects humans, Batra protects the environment, including from humans, which often put them at odds, but at one point, they worked together to fight the common threat of Gojira. So they are “usually” but not always enemies.

In my opinion, the Housefly (Musca domestica) is actually cute! But also food for my flytraps.

Apparently that insect is responsible for quite the amount of disease outbreaks, like Cholera for example.
