The more things you try to do with a vote, the higher its magnitude will be.
vote 1: train some hunters to be even stronger and more agile, and to use their scales better.
vote 2: train some civilians to be scouts that fly above the canopy and enhance their hearing so they can find threats more effectively, and when they find a threat, report it to the hunters. the extra surface area and light will also make the scouts require less food.

For two future things, Fuel for fire and Beds (“beds”) out of grass (since we don’t have a animal with wool nor do they posses fur themself and I do not think a feather bed is a good idea)
