I am pretty sure the blood itself is supposed to be safe enough for the game’s age rating

It is my understanding that the rating is based off if the blood is Red.

And as long as it isn’t most gore the devs will include should be fine (for the rating people at least)

I would lowkey make it like this: Gore would be enabled, but sex scenes and private parts would be censored something like: the sex scenes would be skipped or have something like in spore and private parts would use sfw models, or just not rendered at all (no model)

Oh, so in that way. I think the developers would go for the no parts route anyway though

yeah, i think it would be cool that the censor nsfw stuff would just not render or remove the private parts models and just skip the mating (or the spore mating scene would be better as thats sfw) and the organ icon for the private parts (the one you see in the editor on the left) would be sfw always

Idk but I think dancing to get an offspring seems to cartoonish for what Thrive is aiming at, I think a better option could be for the camera to rise to the sky instead like in that game about early humans which’s been mentioned in this thread before

I don’t think we’d need such a cultural reference. Why not just cut to a plain black screen and then the editor?
