Well, thatās the big question, because my negative is much stronger than the positive (for all less than 2 itās -2 compared to this positive for all over 2 itās +1
iām okay with that, though if you allow it then i could remove a few negatives.

I think you should move some of the points to charismatic (-12 in my opinion is too low), so I think from learning, the minimum possible to minus is -2 (-8 per figure), below that it is too much

Astras tropicas tribe
Discription: the sky people are seminomads, seasonally traveling from one end of a medium sized ocean (think indian ocean or such) to the other, chasing the perfect monsoon season, with settlements on both sides, which are traded with their neighbors who prefer the dry season (astras janus people) so they can both have homes on both sides without leaving anyone behind for the migration. The settlements are placed on river deltas, and are mainly fishing-based for food.
